Join SIRS

To join SIRS, please complete the form below and upload the required documents as Word documents or PDFs. Letters from a current SIRS member for Full Member applicants or Immediate Supervisor for Student applicants must be on letterhead and written in English. Your application and documents will be reviewed by the Membership committee. Applicants will be notified via email of membership acceptance or recommendations for future re-application. Membership dues are based on the calendar year. Membership dues will only be charged if membership is granted.

  • Curriculum Vitae (including two publications)
  • Letter of recommendation from a current SIRS member

Student Membership Requirements

  • Completed Application
  • Curriculum Vitae (including two publications)
  • Supervisor letter on letterhead verifying student status (must be written in English)
