It is the policy of SIRS to not allow meetings to happen during scientific sessions. Groups are not allowed to host events except during these available time slots. Your adherence to these time frames as to not distract participants from the SIRS scientific program is appreciated. Any meetings must occur at the following times or prior to the start of the meeting.

Saturday, 17 April: prior to 10 a.m. or after 3 p.m.
Sunday, 18 April: prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.
Monday 19 April: prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday 20 April: prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday 21 April: prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 11:45 a.m.
If you wish to be included in the SIRS program, please send an email to SIRS Meetings Manager, Katie Hefner (email@example.com), who will have your request approved by the appropriate party.
Please note, you are responsible for arranging your own virtual meeting link via Zoom, etc. and inviting your guests.
